So this month I started a new trend. Forget driving—The best thing to do right after a night (or day) of drinking is to go home or to the gym and jump on the treadmill. Even if you are still drinking, do it.
Sure you may have just ingested thousands of calories, but that’s besides the point. Running for any number of minutes can be monotonous and boring, so being a bit or more tipsy can make the activity a little less mundane. You may even wake up in the morning feeling great, and not even remember the running at all.
So for those of you who really just can’t be arsed to exercise, but somehow find it necessary…may I recommend~
